Harris County venues filed $175,159,597 in mixed-beverage gross receipts for June 2026 across 3,288 ranked venues.
The number that decides this month's chart is at #3. The George R Brown Convention Center permit filed $2,786,099 — its previous high in this data was $626,678. The mix says more than the total: 65% of it is beer, against the 29–43% that permit normally runs. Convention banquets sell liquor and wine. A two-thirds beer month is not a convention.
Three public facts sit next to that number. Levy Restaurants holds the concessions permit at the George R Brown. Levy was also the food and beverage partner for the FIFA Fan Festival, which ran free in EaDo from June 11, drew 551,313 visitors and had a Michelob Ultra beer garden on site. And a Texas permit is tied to an address, so a retailer working a temporary site operates on its existing permit and reports the receipts there.
Temporary event authorizations are not published, so we can't confirm which filing covers what. What the chart can say is that Houston's third-largest beverage month was filed by a convention center that was mostly selling beer.

WHAT THE CHART SAYS
Beer won June. The top of the chart is rooms built for volume, not margin — Shell Energy Stadium at 70% beer, the convention center at 65%, Pitch 25 at 48%. World Cup month paid the venues with taps and screens.
Kirby Ice House holds three of the top 14. Memorial (77055) at $932,928, Heights (77008) at $864,545, Upper Kirby (77098) at $772,380 — $2.57M across three rooms, each up 62% or better. Little Woodrow's puts four locations in the top 50. Whatever those two formats are doing, the chart says it scales.
The lift was narrow. Venues that programmed the tournament climbed hard. Private clubs went the other way almost without exception — River Oaks, Lakeside, Houston Racquet, the Briar Club, Houston Country Club, all down 26% or more. June also carried four Fridays and four Saturdays against May's five, and the Pride parade was postponed out of the month entirely.
The steepest fall is filed under a name that isn't a bar. "Campus Beverage Inc" at #48, down 47% from #9, is the permit entity for The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. It is worth knowing how often the filed name hides the business: "Ritz Houston" at #41 is not the Ritz-Carlton, it is a club on the Gulf Freeway. "WP Ventures Beverage Co." out in Katy is Typhoon Texas waterpark, and its June is the swim season, not the tournament.
Levy at Toyota Center gave up more in absolute terms, but that is a playoff calendar, not a business problem.
That's the top 50 of 3,288. Ranks 51–200 and 201–750 are live.
Data: TABC Mixed Beverage Gross Receipts, data.texas.gov, dataset naix-2893, May–June 2026, Harris County. Names as filed by the permit holder.
127 permit rows are excluded from this month's ranking. Each carries a total with no liquor, wine or beer behind it, and the identical total is filed by unrelated venues in the same month — $44,776 appears 53 times, $44,775 thirty-two times, $1,492 eighteen times. Those are state-side estimates, not sales. Venues whose breakdown is simply unpublished, but whose total is their own, stay ranked and show no L/W/B. A further 389 venues filed $0 and are excluded from the ranking; a $0 filing is not an absence and is not reported as one.
1 venue on this page carries no month-over-month figure. The May filing, the June filing, or the permit structure did not support an honest comparison, so nothing is printed rather than something misleading.
† marks a venue whose total is its own filing but whose month-over-month move sits almost entirely in one category while the others hold flat — a pattern that can indicate a keying error rather than trade. Printed as filed and flagged rather than quietly dropped: LA COLOMBE D'OR (77006).
A venue listed as "no data reported" simply has no June filing posted by the state. That is the entire claim — it can mean a late file, a sale, a closure, or a processing lag, and we don't speculate about which.
The publisher holds an ownership interest in one or more venues appearing in these rankings. All venues are ranked by filed receipts, without exception.
